No refund on handbags Exchange only 

We have a 14 -day exchange  policy on handbags, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Handbags bought during a sale can be exchanged. Contact us as soon as you receive your bag and we will help you choose a different bag. We love to help you choose a bag that you will love wearing. To start a exchange, you can contact us by email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return delivery cost. If you can't decide on an exchange, we will issue you with a gift card excluding delivery cost. A gift card will be emailed and can be used at anytime on our website. With this in mind, please carefully consider your purchase prior to payment, product detail information (on each product page) or by contacting us to answer any questions you have. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Gift cards are non- returnable items

Face masks or earrings  cannot be returned or refunded  due to hygiene reasons and the nature of the goods

Return Costs

Unfortunately, being a new small business, we are unable to offer free returns. Please note that we do not refund original shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred in a purchase.
